What we collect
noutline collects the account information needed to run your workspace, including email, display name, authentication data, and the outline content you create.
We also collect basic technical information such as request logs, device and browser signals, and operational events so we can keep the public beta reliable and secure.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the product, save and sync your outlines, authenticate sessions, operate AI and publishing features you choose to use, prevent abuse, and understand product health.
We do not sell personal information. Public beta diagnostics are used to improve reliability, safety, and core product quality.
AI and integrations
When you use AI-assisted features or external integrations, relevant content, prompts, context, or tokens may be processed to complete the action you requested.
Third-party providers and integrations may have separate terms and privacy practices. Do not submit secrets or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
Retention and control
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed for product operation, security, legal, and abuse-prevention reasons.
During public beta, deletion, export, and account controls may be lightweight. Contact noutline support if you need help with account or data handling.
